What are your kids' gifts?  How do you encourage them to grow in them?  February's topic will be "Encouraging Creativity".  Too often, our kids don't have the opportunity to express their creativity.  Lean how to encourage it, and see where it can take your relationships.  Be sure to let me know if you are joining us with a quick RSVP.

Have you ever asked "Why me"?  Circumstances and events can be painful, but we will take time this month to discuss "Finding Purpose in the Pain" as those events arise in our lives.  This will be a great topic, and I look forward to seeing you there.  Don't forget to RSVP to tell me you are going to be in attendance.

How many times has your family felt overwhelmed, or like you have taken on too much?  What suffers in those times?  Join us as we talk about "Establishing Priorities", something we could all benefit in getting some tips, I'm sure.  Make your kids a priority by bringing them out for breakfast, and let me know you are joining us with an RSVP.

No matter your position at your place of employment, your most important job is that of "Dad", and it is one that you don't retire from.  The benefits are amazing, and the payoff of getting those hugs, smiles and "I love you" moments are more gratifying than you could have ever imagined.  We will celebrate "Being a Dad Forever" this month with a great video and time of discussion.  Hope to see you embracing this critical job, let me know how many to expect by clicking RSVP here.

Play ball!  We are set up for our second All Pro Dad Night with the Abredeen IronBirds.  This will be a fantastic night, 5:35 first pitch, dollar hot dogs, kids can run the bases after the game, and it is SUPER HERO NIGHT!!!!!  We will have tickets right down the 3rd base line again, so bring your glove, camera and something for autographs.  Tickets will, once again, be $13.50 each, parking is free.  Let me know how many tickets you need.

Additional Info

  • Thank you for your continued support of the program, but more importantly, for your commitment to your children!  Enjoy Christmas, see things through their eyes.  Take in the sights and sounds.  Work with your kids to make a difference for others as well.  There are so many opportunities all around us.  Keep in mind our January breakfast, January 13, 2015.  We'll be talking about "Living a Life of Significance".

We are all set up for our second All Pro Dad Night with the Baltimore Blast as well.  Seats will be $16 each, we will once again be going on the field before the game, and the Blast players will be available after the game for autographs.  Let me know if you need an order form.  Ticket orders are due February 14.

We are also collecting new coloring books and boxes of crayons to donate to a local children's hospital.  Boxes of crayons are available at Target, Wal Mart, the Dollar Store, and coloring books can be found in the dollar section or the dollar store.  Please let me know if you have some you would like to donate.  I can collect them at any point in time.  Our goal is to donate them around Christmas.  This is a wonderful way to have a positive impact on the lives of children who are going through unfortunate circumstances.

One hour, once a month. A small commitment with a huge reward.
