What to Look for in a Future Spouse

My wife Lauren and I are thrilled that our oldest daughter is engaged to be married, and we are hopeful for the time when our other children are as well. But, as parents, our job has been to teach our children what to look for in a future spouse. Here’s what my wife and I have taught our children.

    You said a lot in a short period of time. You must think alike and agree on the same values. Talk about the values you would like to convey to your children and how important family roles are and such. Having fun together and sincerely liking eachother will take your relationship a long way.
