All Pro Dad’s Day Team Captain Commitment

As an All Pro Dad’s Day Team Captain, I commit and agree:

1. To host a monthly All Pro Dad’s Day at least 6 times a year.
2. To personally strive to live by and publicly advocate the 10 Ways to be an All Pro Dad as set forth on AllProDad.com.
3. To subscribe All Pro Dad’s Day attendees to the All Pro Dad Play of the Day daily e-mail.
4. To encourage All Pro Dad’s Day participants to attend an All Pro Dad NFL Fathers and Kids Experience.
5. That as an All Pro Dad’s Day Team Captain, I am a leader of an independent group supported by All Pro Dad resources and not a spokesman for All Pro Dad.
6. To direct all media inquiries to All Pro Dad.
7. That there is nothing in my background relating to, and no criminal record of, any violence, abuse or exploitation of women or children. I understand All Pro Dad has license to run a criminal background check on me.
