We know you're busy… but do you ever stop to think about how every day on earth, every day with your family is a gift? Take a look at this amazing video

Then take a minute to reflect on the faith of the parents, the treasure of life and the grace of God. This may even be something you want to show your family tonight after dinner.

What a touching tribute to such a sweet little boy. It shows that little miracles occur in our lives and to have those moments are a blessing. May God give you strength and peace knowing your little angel is back with the Father. My thoughts are with you.

God bless you all...this gift he gave you for 99 days is a gift you gave me today...a reminder that days can run together so fast we forget a life was lived while we went blindly through our day...there are not accidents...and gifts are given every day....I thank you for the one you gave me today....God Bless and my heart goes out to both of you..

What a wonderful example of fatherhood and unconditional love. Matthew...your award of Father of the Year is well deserved. It reminded me that everyday with my son is precious and no matter how many times a day I hug him and tell him I love him, it will never be enough.

God Bless you all for the journey you have taken together. I too have a disabled son, diagnosed with cerebral palsy. I understand a little of what your daily routine must have been. Know that Eliot was a little flower of God. He was God's and your treasure. God delights in the little children. We are all here on God's time and little Eliot accomplished more in his 99 days on this earth than most of us accomplish in a lifetime... know that he blessed a lot of people, and showed many people that it is in God's time, not our time that all things happen. May God Bless you always for the 'little' blessings you, Eliot, and God have poured my way. I will think of you every day knowing what a difference your little boy has made in all our lives.

Do not stand at my grave and weep. I am not there, I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow, I am the diamond glints on snow. I am the sunlight on the ripened grain. I am the gentle Autumn's rain. When you awaken in the morning hush, I am the swift uplifting rush of quiet birds in circled flight. I am the soft stars that shine at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry: I am not there, I did not die. Eliot is with you, me, and everything that lives in God. Feel his love shining in you and through others.

I am a father of four, and after watching this clip I sit before this screen and weep. Two days ago a friend of ours lost 2 of her four sons in an accident, my wife and I were talking about that loss and how our hearts go out to the family, I just could not imagine how I or if I could handle it. You have helped me to understand, 100% pure love from a father who through a video without alot of dialogue is able to show with his wife, perfect love, encouragement and the ability to praise God during a time when you might ask why? You are very blessed to have had 99 days with your son, as he is to have had you both as parents the rest of your life. May God bless Elliot, his parents, and all who helped the family during their time of need.

Thank you for that video. We lost our first son when he was 2 1/2. He would have been 22 and I think of him fondly every day. God restored us just like Job and we have two other sons 20 and 16. My prayer is that God will bless you again, never to replace Elliot, but to give him a brother or sister for you to love.

God bless you for sharing Elliot and your life to us. Your son continues to live not only in your hearts and memories, but also in people like us whose attention and sentiments have been drawn remarkably by your family's life story. I salute you both for making deliberate righteous decisions in loving Elliot and in trusting God even when you don't understand and cannot see His plan. My prayers are with you.

Thank you for sharing your story of Eliot and the difference he made in your life in his short time here on earth. As a mother it reminded me to always feel the blessings of being a parent. May Gods love comfort you as well as the prayer and support all of those that hear Eliots story.

Thank you. My wife has a severe case of PCOS-polycystic ovarian syndrome which makes it difficult to carry children. We have had 9 miscarriages including two at 90+ days, 1 emergency surgery due to an ectopic pregnancy and one beautiful, vibrant, horse mad 6 year old girl who challenges us every day to be better parents. We thank God for the blessing we have in her and enjoy every moment with her. Eliot and his parents helped to remind us how blessed we are and how much a parents love can make a difference.

We too, lost our son at 2 years, 8 months old. I really feel that God seeks out the right parents for children like ours for the short time they are here on earth. You made his every living moment wonderful as we did our sons. Today would have been my sons 10th birthday. We have gone on with our every day lives, but we will always love and miss him very much as you will Eliot. But as you said, we are only seperated for the remainder of our lives here on earth. We will be with our little ones again soon......................

Having lost a child myself, I value my time with my 3 sons now. I truly believe I would not have had them if not for the experience of having and losing my daughter. I find comfort in knowing she is in a better place. God Bless your family!

A friend lost his son when the son was 34 years old. He tells everyone he knows that EVERY DAY you need to tell your kids that you love them. Amen to that!

What an amazing video!! I look back and see how often I take my wonderful children for grantide and am grateful to see this great example of taking advantage of every moment we have with our children. Yesterday is in the past and tomorrow is not promised to anyone, so I vow to take advantage of today.

Dear parents of Eliot, I couldn't sleep this night and got up and came across this video. I cried. I am a Christian, I am a Funeral Home Manager and we have a baby we are taking care of. I will be more in tune to the family's needs because of you two sharing your story. You are blessed to know God's love in this time you went through and continue to go through and live with, releasing Eliott back to God. God is blessing you through this valley. My prayers go out to you, In Christ, Scott

I'm 59 years old soon to be 60 if it's God will. I"ve learn to lean and depend on Jesus because he is in control of my life. This film has brought me closer to knowing that life is so precious and we must cherish each second because the future is not promised. I thank God for being so patient and for His love that enable us to have another chance to get closer to Him. God bless Elliot and his parents for sharing.
