Bob Sanders is currently the linebackers coach for the Arizona Cardinals. He had previously coached a total of 23 years for teams such as the Oakland Raiders, Buffalo Bills, Green Bay Packers, Miami Dolphins, and Florida Gators. The defenses Sanders has coached have ranked among the top eight, in five of his first six seasons in the NFL. Bob and his wife, Kathie, have three children. The critical things they are trying to teach them are accountability, to live life to the fullest by taking things one day at a time, and walking and talking with God each day.
