Mark Dominik

Mark Dominik joined the Bucs in 1995 as Pro Personnel Assistant and quickly moved up to Coordinator of Pro Personnel in 2000. Prior to the start of the 2001 season, Dominik began the first of his eight years as Tampa Bay’s Director of Pro Personnel, when he oversaw the scouting, recruiting and signing efforts of all NFL players, while also monitoring NFL transactions and overseeing player tryouts. In 2002, Dominik helped guide the Buccaneers to their first world championship in Super Bowl XXXVII against Oakland. Domink became the General Manager of the Buccaneers in 2009. Over the past sixteen years with the team, Dominik has contributed to seven playoff appearances and four division titles. Mark met his wife Amy at the University of Kansas. They enjoy spending time together and with their three young children. Dominik says one of the hardest parts about raising kids is to raise them to be confident and respectful. “The biggest challenge is today’s media culture.”
