Chris Ballard has been the general manager for the Indianapolis Colts since 2017. Previously, he worked for the Kansas City Chiefs and the Chicago Bears. Ballard and his wife, Kristin, have five children, three biological (a daughter and two sons) and two adopted (daughters). Their adopted daughters came to them when they were taken from a cousin by child protective services. Ballard described adopting his daughters as “better than winning the Super Bowl.”
