Jim Sorgi loves showing love to his wife Lana, and his kids Jimmy III and Jackson: “I wake up every day showing my wife how much I love her, and the kids how much I love them,” said Sorgi. “We also make sure we don’t argue in front of the kids.” Sorgi especially enjoys the off-season, when he has more time to spend with his kids: “I usually get to the office around 8 am, and home at 6 pm during the season, so it’s hard to spend enough time with my family,” said Sorgi. “But in the off-season, I get to make breakfast, tuck the boys in at night.” Sorgi learned how to be a good dad by spending time with his own dad, who he loves and respects: “I have a great relationship with my dad,” said Sorgi. “He’s not only my dad, but my best friend. I grew up with four sisters, and he was the only guy I could go to. So we bonded really early.”
