Coach Jim Zorn gives his wife much of the credit for keeping their family strong physically and spiritually throughout his career. The Zorns started their marriage in Seattle, where Jim was the first quarterback for the newly franchised Seattle Seahawks. After his playing days, he moved into coaching, landing his first head coaching job with the Redskins in 2008. Jim Zorn believes that fathers, like football players, need to be “others-focused.” “To be a true leader, and perform at the highest level, men need to look to meeting the needs of their wives and children ahead of their own.” Coach Zorn has left his mark as both an NFL player and a head coach.
