I was in St. Louis on Saturday participating in their annual Christian Outreach Day. After the game I was with several Dodgers and Cardinal players sharing their testimony and the gospel message.
One of the highlights for me was meeting Albert Pujols. He is a great player and a really strong Christian influence in the St. Louis community. I told him how much I appreciate his stance for Christ and his role-modeling for our young men.
This is another picture of Albert sharing the gospel with four of his teammates after the game. We had a great time and I really appreciate the Cardinals organization for sponsoring “Christian Day at the Ballpark.” Not a lot of professional sports teams would put their name on a Christian event like this today.
