Eager to help dads love their families better, Leon has served in family ministry for over 20 years. In 2012, he helped establish the nonprofit Fatherhood CoMission, dedicated to championing the calling of fatherhood. While serving at Focus on the Family, Leon co-wrote Irreplaceable, a theatrical documentary on fatherhood and families, and The Family Project, a book and DVD curriculum developing a theology of marriage and family. A proud dad of eight girls, he also contributed to A Dad’s Prayers for His Daughter (Revell) and co-authored The One Year Father-Daughter Devotions (Tyndale).
