Jim Caldwell produced one of the most notable seasons of NFL history in his first year as a head coach. He led his team to a 14-2 record before winning two playoff games and reaching Super Bowl XLIV, and became the only NFL rookie head coach to win his first 14 games in a season. But what Jim is known best for is his dedication to his family. Even though he is the current head coach of the Detroit Lions, he tries as hard as he can to make life normal during the off season for his wife, Cheryl, and their four children Jimmy, Jermaine, Jared and Natalie.
