This is from the last rehearsal for Central Tampa Baptist Church’s Easter Presentation. Our family has had a lot of fun preparing for it. My wife, Lauren, is working with the Children’s Choir and our young kids have one song they’re singing in the play. I am John the Baptist and in the opening scene I baptize Jesus, who is played by our son Eric.
We perform tonight at 7:00 and then on Sunday during the morning worship at Central.
I hope you get a chance to celebrate this Easter weekend in a meaningful way. Take time to reflect on God’s gift to us all that we remember through this holiday.
