We had an awesome day in Columbia, S.C. We visited a prison complex that housed 8 prisons. We did three sessions and talked with over 2,000 inmates. I’ve spoken at a lot of prisons but never to that many inmates in one morning
We then went to a luncheon at Columbia International University and finished the day by speaking to the University of South Carolina football team.
My message at all the stops was about taking charge of your future by being a good teammate and making good decisions. I told them the best way to do that was put Christ in charge of your life and follow His direction and guidance.
It was a wonderful day and now I’m headed back to Tampa. Hopefully I’ll get there in time to see my son Eric run in the Plant-Armwood track meet this evening.
