Make Time...
Be There and Tell Them

Having a father or father figure involved in a child's life can be the single most important predictor for better outcomes for children. Children who grow up in fatherless homes are many times more likely than other children to end up homeless, drop out of high school, use drugs and have other behavioral problems. On the other hand, according to a study by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, children who have involved, caring fathers have better educational outcomes, are less likely to get in trouble and are more comfortable expressing their emotions. All Pro Dad is teaming up with The Florida Department of Children and Families to raise awareness about the importance of fathers being part of their children's lives. We encourage you to use these family-strengthening resources to become an All Pro Dad.
