Lemanski Hall, a standout linebacker for the University of Alabama and four NFL teams, knows how to dance around offensive lineman and bring down a running back. Little did he know he would also have to put on his dancing shoes to strengthen his marriage! Lemanski met his wife Tangi in college and she stood out from the other girls he met because she didn't put up with all his stuff! As he was starting his NFL career, he realized he wanted to marry Tangi because being successful and single just wasn't for him. On the Oilers' team plane coming back from a game against the Bills, he asked one of his teammates for suggestions for a romantic spot to propose. Taking his friend's advice, when he got off the plane, he picked Tangi up and drove her to a beautiful fountain in downtown Houston. As he got on one knee, she began crying, screaming and jumping up and down. "She was so excited, I never got the question out."Fortunately, they did get married and God has blessed them with a son, Cameron, and a daughter, Kennedi -and seeing both of them born brought tears to his eyes. As a father, he knows it is his job to set a godly foundation in his home and to lead by example. He enjoys spending time with his family leading devotions, eating together, shooting basketball and coloring. During those times he teaches his children to overcome all the negative peer pressures they will face as they continue to grow. He and Tangi enjoy time together also. She especially likes to dance, and Lemanski has recommitted himself to doing that more often. Lemanski was paid well to dance around offensive lineman, but it's dancing with his wife where he feels life's true rewards.
